Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care provided.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments and shifts.
- US Citizenship or valid work authorization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
