Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical settings across Los Angeles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning processes

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (California or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialties)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with strong experience considered
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various clinical settings
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation proficiency
