Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in assigned medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety standards
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
- Adapt quickly to new hospital environments and procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid US passport for potential travel assignments
