Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in acute care settings (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and technologies
- Participate in remote team huddles and virtual case reviews
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Strong telehealth proficiency for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with optional extensions
