Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene promptly to address any changes in condition.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently, utilizing remote portals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a positive unit culture.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and remote documentation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to various healthcare environments.
- US Work authorization required.
