Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility standards
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- 2+ years recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night)
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Pass background/drug screenings
