Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Adhere to all hospital policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Texas compact license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in assigned specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications (required for most assignments)
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to complete paid training program prior to assignment start
