Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes accurately, and report changes in condition immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.

- Adapt to different healthcare settings and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
