Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments and healthcare systems.
