Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient records.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care or travel nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or equivalent).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to various unit rotations and shifts.
