Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per protocol
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adapt quickly to new hospital systems and workflows
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
