Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in high-acuity emergency department settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per protocol
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Oregon or compact state
- Minimum 2 years ED experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and triage skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Computer proficiency with EMR systems
