Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as required.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments.
