Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care across various medical units.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in shift handovers and patient discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments.
