Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in acute/critical care settings with agency-provided medical equipment
- Adhere to facility protocols while maintaining Elite's clinical excellence standards
- Utilize provided diagnostic tools (ultrasound monitors, IV pumps, etc.) for accurate patient assessment
- Document care using EMR systems with agency-issued tablets and peripherals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using supplied communication devices
- Participate in unit orientation with provided orientation materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in AZ or compact state
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (agency-provided renewal support)
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (provided training available)
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments in Phoenix metro facilities
- Pass background check and drug screening (agency-covered costs)
- Valid driver's license for housing relocation assistance
