Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings
- Utilize provided advanced medical equipment including IV pumps, monitors, and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with provided medical equipment (IV pumps, telemetry, etc.)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for varied shifts and locations
- Valid driver's license for housing placement
