Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in ICU/Telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient ECG rhythms
- Document patient assessments and care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Maintain accurate medical records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- 2+ years ICU/Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
