Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
- Participate actively in shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to excellence, patient safety, and quality of care.
