Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in processes efficiently.
- Assist providers with patient examinations, including preparing instruments and sterilizing equipment.
- Accurately record patient medical histories, vital signs, and symptoms.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as blood draws and urinalysis under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment following infection control protocols.
- Handle patient inquiries and coordinate referrals to specialists.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
