Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical excellence in diverse medical settings.
- Accurately assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment plans in electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Maintain a compassionate, sterile, and safe environment for all patients and staff.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff when applicable.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and high-volume patient scenarios.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
