Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and conduct thorough assessments in dynamic clinical environments.
- Administer medications and treatments following established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient health records and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital safety policies, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Adapt quickly to new facilities and shift schedules to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a relevant specialty area.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
