Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical notes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide compassionate care during critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (or compact state eligibility).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare settings.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
