Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, medications, and care provided.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in shift handovers and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty setting (ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or ER preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, PALS) are a plus.
- Valid state identification and proof of citizenship/legal authorization to work.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare facility environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
