Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in shift handovers and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
