Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, documenting all changes accurately in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Respond to medical emergencies with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments.
- US Citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status (for visa sponsorship eligibility).
