Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in acute care or specialty settings.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient vital signs, medical history, and progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different unit rotations.
- Proof of required immunizations and health screenings.
