Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision and compassion
- Administer prescribed medications under nursing supervision

Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year geriatric care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for lifting/transferring up to 50 pounds
- Clear background check and negative TB test
