Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide remote charting and telehealth support to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- Adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments and varying patient demographics.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (or Compact State).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a specialty setting (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, ER).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
