Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Manage medication administration and perform complex nursing procedures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the state of Florida.
- BLS and ACLS certification required (ACLS for ICU/ER roles).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in specialty area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel for temporary assignments.
- Computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
