Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support based on physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols and regulations.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to individuals and families.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred based on specialty.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different unit rotations.
