Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical specialty (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Adhere to hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control measures
- Adapt to new healthcare environments quickly
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screens
- Positive attitude and adaptability to new settings
