Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Adapt to new clinical environments efficiently
- Participate in emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for Michigan licensure)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- No prior experience required – we train new grads!
- Ability to travel to Detroit for assignments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
