Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units with mentorship from experienced RNs
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to hospital protocols and NJ Board of Nursing regulations
- Participate in orientation and skills training programs
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active NJ RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Pass NCLEX exam results (or scheduled test date)
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various clinical settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
