Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical expertise in diverse medical settings.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior nursing staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the United States.
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules and work environments.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
