Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse healthcare settings across St. Petersburg
- Complete paid training modules for advanced certifications (e.g., ER, ICU, OR)
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and electronic health systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and state regulations
- Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
- Participate in ongoing skills workshops and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BSN or higher degree (or enrollment in BSN program)
- ACLS, BLS, and specialty certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Flexibility to work 13-week contracts in various St. Petersburg facilities
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
