Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in top Dallas-area hospitals across diverse units (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Complete paid orientation covering local healthcare systems and documentation
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility-specific protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic medical documentation
- Participate in skills validation and clinical competency assessments
- Utilize advanced life support skills as required by unit assignment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state (we'll assist with TX licensure)
- 1+ years of acute care experience in ICU/ER/Telemetry
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required; we offer renewal training)
- Pass background/drug screening and physical examination
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments in Dallas metropolitan area
- Strong documentation skills and EMR proficiency
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
