Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in diverse hospital settings across the Detroit metro area
- Complete specialized training modules in critical care and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with JCAHO standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in skills workshops focusing on high-acuity patient scenarios

Qualifications
- Active RN license (or willingness to obtain Michigan license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (new graduates with training welcome)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Valid US passport and willingness to travel
