Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and remote chart reviews
- Provide telehealth triage support and virtual patient consultations as assigned
- Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and JCAHO standards
- Maintain flexible schedules to accommodate 13-week travel assignments
- Participate in virtual onboarding and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC a plus
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and remote charting systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and technologies
- Strong communication skills for virtual and in-person patient interactions
- Flexibility to travel within Tucson metropolitan area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
