Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings accurately, and implement appropriate care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and facility policies.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently to manage patient data.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatment, escalating concerns immediately.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and visitors at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN License in the State of Nevada (or compact state eligibility).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
