Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings across Tucson area facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress using EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Utilize remote access for scheduling, documentation, and team communications
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (day/night)
- Proficiency in telehealth technologies for remote coordination
