Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in medical-surgical, ICU, or emergency department settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions using EMR systems
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to interventions
- Participate in emergency response and critical care procedures
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- EMR proficiency (EPIC or Cerner preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
