Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans
- Adapt quickly to new environments and maintain flexibility in assignment locations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, ENPC) preferred
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
