Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Adhere to facility protocols, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
- Assess patient needs and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or willing to obtain Oregon license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for specialty units
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various clinical environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
