Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and facility standards
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Travel to different healthcare facilities as per assignment schedule
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to new environments
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks and facility-specific screenings
- Willingness to travel within San Diego metro area
