Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication schedules accurately

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification current or obtainable within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
