Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and critical care events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (or Compact State license).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare facilities.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical nursing practice.
