Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring when applicable
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in orientation and training sessions (remote components available)
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (FL or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments
- Strong documentation skills with EHR proficiency
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative spirit
- Valid driver's license for travel assignments
- COVID-19 vaccination (per facility requirements)
