Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care across various departments including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining precise documentation
- Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards including HIPAA and OSHA
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state with ability to obtain AZ licensure
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS/NRP required for specific units)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to travel and adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
