Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency, ICU, or med-surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Participate in telehealth consultations for remote patient monitoring
- Conduct patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Telehealth training preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong electronic medical record proficiency
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new healthcare environments
