Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical areas
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
- Adhere to facility policies and infection control standards
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Kansas compact)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to Wichita for 13-week assignments
